Born and raised in the Rochester community, Chris brings a unique and diverse background. She has lived in several different communities in the Rochester area including East Irondequoit, Rochester City, Penfield, Henrietta and Pittsford. She and her husband Christopher currently reside in Pittsford with their two children Hannah and Justin. Following a ten year career with the YMCA of Greater Rochester as a senior program director, Chris transitioned to a career in real estate. Chris immediately became a top producing agent. The foundation of her business is built on referral and word of mouth. She focuses on selling homes throughout Monroe County specializing in the Eastside (Pittsford, Honeoye Falls, Mendon, Fairport, Webster, Penfield, Victor). Closing over $50,000,000 in real estate, Chris earned the The Rising Star Award and Salesmaster Award during her time with Re/Max and Howard Hanna. In 2019, Chris joined RAP Success Systems. This allowed her to learn how to effectively prospect for listings in different real estate markets all over the country. She quickly became one of the team’s top performers. Moving over to Realty Home Advisor’s NY, a division of RAP, was an obvious choice for Chris. This will allow her to work with both buyers and sellers in the Rochester community while taking full advantage of RAP’s state of the art technology allowing her to promote her listings using multi channel marketing with the goal to make her client’s experience “World Class”!
